Terms & Conditions – Extended Warranty

  1. Reseller Disclaimer
    • WiBi acts solely as a reseller of the extended warranty.
    • WiBi is not a service provider and does not perform any repair, replacement, or warranty service.

  2. Service & Claims
    • All claims under the extended warranty must be made directly at Digits – Apple Authorized Service Center in Kuwait.
    • Customers are required to follow the process and terms stated in the extended warranty contract.

  3. Manufacturing Defects
    • Coverage applies only to manufacturing defects as defined in the extended warranty agreement.
    • WiBi holds no responsibility for verifying or assessing product defects.

  4. Liability
    • WiBi shall not be held liable for:
      • Any delays, damages, or losses arising from third-party services.
      • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  5. Customer Agreement
    • By purchasing the extended warranty, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined in the extended warranty contract issued by Digits, Authorized Service Centre.
    • In case of any dispute, the terms of the extended warranty contract with Digits shall prevail.
