If the customer insists on using old pipes, no responsibility will be taken for any cooling issues. Outdoor units will not be hung on Tabouk (White Blocks). Outdoor units will not be hung at a height exceeding 3 meters. No liability will be accepted for broken or blocked pipes, or for modifying decor after pipes are fixed in good condition. No liability will be accepted if the customer operates the inverter unit using a generator, as this will void the warranty. The power unit must be arranged close to the indoor unit for single-phase systems and near the outdoor unit for three-phase systems.
